Really nice huge cup of coffee. Cakes were delicious. It was a very cozy place just in between towns.

A great cafe. Had one of the best bacon and egg baps with very generous portion size. Outdoor seating and lovely service. Also accommodated for my dairy free friend.

Great little spot for a tea/coffee and scone, particularly after a wet and windy walk around Langsett Reservoir and the surrounding heathland. Expect a warm and very friendly welcome as well!

Great busy little cafe just a 2 minute down the road from the main langsett reservoir car park. Food was delicious but 5 for a bacon sandwich to takeaway I thought was a bit overpriced. I'm not sure if that's discounted compared to the cafe sit-in prices but if not they need a rethink. Adding 2 for an extra breakfast item would make a takeaway sausage and bacon sandwich that isn't too large 7 which felt overpriced. Happy to pay that sat in the cafe, but feel they should be offering some sort of discount for a takeout

I popped in here after a walk around the area and had pie, chips & mushy peas, a Langsett Cake (can't remember the exact name) and a pot of tea. Fairly large portions of them all. The cake was delicious, as was the homemade steak pie & chips. Pricing was more than reasonable and I'd definitely pop in again when I'm up that way on again.

Stopped here today for a quick bite... Ended up having the dam buster fry up. Best fry up I've had from a cafe in years... Actually had tinned tomatoes which is special. Epic fried bread too. Everyone else in our party also had great food but the fry up was exceptional. Very friendly staff too, very accomodating and we could even take our dog inside. Will definitely visit again, and again and then probably again.

Lovely and friendly Yorkshire welcome from the staff. Proper tasty home cooked food especially the old school puddings and a tub of ice cream for our dogs

Popped in for lunch before we set off on a walk around the reservoir. Toasties and chips were excellent, big portions and service was really quick. So good we had to call in on the way home for cake!
